   How can we know if the provider is available or not?
  --Most of the time, we will be available.However, there are times 
  when we are bound to be busy or unavailable.You can check for our 
  latest availability status at the homepage.

  I ordered via SMS and there's still no reply..
  --We will reply back via SMS if for some reasons,the prepaid cannot 
  be sent at that time.Use other methods of ordering if there's no reply
  after 1 minute.

  Is IOU's allowed?
  --IOU's is STRICTLY prohibited. Customer with password who takes 
  more than 2 days to settle their payment will have their privilege
  taken back.

  When do we receive the password?
  --After a few purchases, if we deem you can be trusted,you will 
  be given a password for future purchases.Your particulars will be taken 
  as well as we need to verify the details that you'd give anytime 
  you're making a purchase.We will also store the SMS/YM/PM order 
  message received as well for references.
  
  What's the benefit of having a password?
